About Calabash OS

Calabash OS is the diaspora kitchen OS: a white-label, commission-free ordering platform for African restaurants, Caribbean spots, and ghost kitchens. It connects a branded ordering website with an OMT tablet app and a Raspberry Pi bridge for kitchen ticket printing.

Our launch starts with proving the system across the founder’s four restaurant brands, then seeking five Los Angeles pilot locations. The mission is straightforward: give independent kitchens an ordering experience with their own name on it, without taking a percentage of every order.
